Please contact us to discuss our scientific writing charges. For editing charges, the exact amount quoted will depend on:
the level of editing required,
the size of the document submitted for editing and
the editing time frame required by the author/s.
We will provide a quotation based on the word count of the submitted manuscript. We will not include the word count of the references when doing so, but will edit these for the authors at no charge. We are happy to edit tables and figures. We are also happy to provide a quotation on an hourly rate basis. Charges for our standard turnaround service of 5 days are NZ 60 per 1000 words (This is equivalent to approximately $ USD 40, SGD 55, JPY Yen 4300 or 35 Euro per 100 words). We are happy to provide a discount for large jobs of greater than 8000 words, while jobs required to be fast-tracked will attract a premium of 30%. Please contact us to receive a 25% discount for new customers.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
We prefer to accept credit card payment (Visa and MasterCard) by a secure on-line link to a card payment facility at PayPal. We will provide these details via e-mail when the invoice is submitted with the final edited document. Payment is to be made once the invoice is received. New Zealand customers may wish to pay via direct credit to our New Zealand bank account. Details will be provided as required. RECOMMENDATIONS "Chembio Writing and Editing completed my editing well within the timescale that I asked for, and clarified instructions with me to make sure she was doing things exactly as I wanted, and the work was accurate and well presented. Angela’s great work freed me up to concentrate on all the other things that I needed to do, with total peace of mind that the editing would be completed properly. I will definitely use her services again." (Jenny, Postgraduate Student, Wellington, New Zealand).
“Angela has recently done proofreading and editing for me on two documents. She has been very efficient, courteous and highly skilled in scientific editing. Her background in science (PhD in Chemistry) is an added advantage for anyone wanting proofreading/editing in subjects from pharmaceutical, chemical and biological sciences.” (MH, Research Fellow, The University of Auckland, New Zealand).
